Hard disk with missing PCB. Any kind of hope?

This will depend on what model of drive this is. The single most important piece of information is missing. The majority of drives have unique calibration parameters stored on the PCB that are required to read data from the drive. In some cases (with very old drives) a drive can function with not-quite-correct adaptives, in other cases they can be rebuilt, and in the case with most contemporary drives there’s no wish of recovery without them
