It’s fails. Someone would need to check to see if this is due to the drives or maybe the enclosure. Stop powering this on if it’s a faulty drive you’re making things worse.
These are standard drives raided in a guess its in raid 0. If the data is important I suggest you contact a DOCTOR Pro.
Otherwise and you want to try DIY recuperation, assuming the drives are not too many completely dead you will need to clone each of the disks using something similar to hddsuperclone onto known working drives and rebuild the array either with the device or via software.
